This isn’t from a New Year’s party the other night that I know of and there’s nothing particularly interesting about Lily Allen flashing her cooch (or Lily Allen at all for that matter) but it kinda looks like it could have been at a New Year’s Eve party if you hold your head just right.

Lilly Allen, who is apparently another British pop-tart like Amy Winehouse, is somebody I had never heard of. But if she’s willing to get drunk and flash her bush at Cannes I’m willing to pretend she’s a celebrity and post her picture here.
