This pic is labelled as Gemma Anderton but I suspect it’s really Gemma Arterton from Quantum of Solace. At any rate it shows somebody probably named Gemma at a premiere of something and clearly she’s had too much “adult substance”. At least that’s the only explanation I can come up with for why a woman would spin in a short dress while not wearing panties in front of hundreds of photogs. Like I said whatever.
